This video portrait is is one of a series for the Louis Stokes Alliance for Minority Participation (LSAMP) at CUNY, a program to help underrepresented minorities acheive a grad school degree in the STEM disciplines (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics). Funded by the National Science Foundation, it's part of a national initiative to increase diversity in Academia and Industry. Rich Able is a perfect example of the potential of this program.
